By Forinfos - 23/09/2025 - 0 comments
Typical concrete driveways are four inches thick, but homeowners can go up to five inches if the they need a bit more weight capacity. Thinner driveways might not be able to support sufficient weight, while heavier driveways require extra reinforcement.
Concrete takes a month or even longer to fully dry, so homeowners need to make sure they don't park on a driveway before it's ready. In addition, they might want to check out different types of concrete. While increasing a driveway's thickness makes it more durable, paying a bit extra for a superior type of concrete can lead to better durability and longevity as well.
