What is the title for an owner of an LLC?
By Forinfos - 28/08/2025 - 0 comments
The title for the owner of an LLC is a member. Limited liability companies are known for their flexibility and can be run in multiple ways, but regardless of the structure, an owner is always known as a member.
Depending on the type of LLC structure, members may have more or less authority in certain situations. In cases where the LLC is run entirely by all owners of the company, the owners are also known as member managers. However, in situations where certain owners only play a passive role in the decision-making process, those owners are known simply as members.
