What is the top-rated charitable organization for breast cancer awareness?

As of 2015, both CharityWatch and Charity Navigator list the Breast Cancer Research Foundation as the top-rated charitable organization for breast cancer awareness. These ratings are for assessments based on the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2013.

CharityWatch gives the Breast Cancer Research Foundation an A+ rating. It notes that the foundation spent 9 percent of its cash budget on overhead expenses and 91 percent on programs. Additionally, the foundation spent $5 on fund-raising efforts to raise $100 in contributions.

Charity Navigator gives the Breast Cancer Research Foundation an overall score of 97.60 out of 100. It notes that the foundation has a high level of financial competence as well a high level of accountability and transparency.
