Where does the Tour de France finish?
By Forinfos - 07/04/2026 - 0 comments
The Tour de France always finishes in Paris, as it did during the inaugural race in 1903. The final ride runs along the Champs Elysees.
Although the finish line remains the same for the Tour de France, the remainder of the course changes each year. Most of the race takes place within France, but portions of the tour often occur in nearby countries. The 2015 Tour de France includes 21 stages and covers more than 2,075 miles. Riders typically rest for two days during the 23-day race. The Tour de France takes place each July, although 11 races have been cancelled due to world wars.
