Tours of Waverly Hills Sanitarium are offered by the Waverly Hills Historical Society. The society offers both guided and free-roam tours where guests are allowed a certain amount of time to explore each floor of the sanitarium on their own.

The Waverly Hills Sanitarium is a closed and abandoned mental hospital located in Jefferson County, Kentucky. It has been called one of the most haunted places in America. To capitalize on the long history of supposed paranormal activity in the building, night tours of the building are offered in addition to daytime tours. As of 2016, an overnight tour with on-site accommodations is also available.
