What are two rays with a common endpoint?
By Forinfos - 28/12/2025 - 0 comments
Two rays that have a common endpoint form an angle. In this formed angle, the endpoint is known as the vertex while the rays are its sides.
There are different ways to name an angle. Students can use the three points like E, F, and G, where E and G are points on each ray and F is the vertex point. Three ways of naming this angle are: angle EFG, angle F, or angle GFE.
There are many different angles formed from two rays and a vertex point, such as a right, acute, obtuse, or straight angle. While an obtuse angle is greater than 90 degrees, an acute angle is less than 90 degrees. A straight angle is a line that has 180 degrees.
