The Solingen Knife Company makes chef's knives, household knives, butcher and baker knives, and outdoor knives. Solingen has four lines of chef's knives: the Alpha Line, the Alpha Olive Line, the Comfort Line and the Master Line.

Knives in the Alpha Line are made out of one piece of a high quality chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel alloy with polyoxymethylene handles. This is also true of the Alpha Olive Line, though the handles are made of olive wood. The handles of the Comfort Line are made from polyoxymethylene-plastic and are easy to grip, while the Master Line knives have an oblong groove at the end.

At least two of the Solingen's butcher knives come in sets and have yellow handles made of polypropylene. The four-piece set has a sharpening steel, a curved boning knife, a standard boning knife and a butcher knife with a 21-centimeter blade. Other butcher knives include stiff, flexible, curved and straight boning knives, deskinning knives, block knives, chef's knives and butcher knives.

Solingen also has boning knives among its household knives. It also offers peeling and paring knives, office knives, filleting knives with flexible blades and a ham knife. There's also a bread knife, a santoku knife, chef's knives, a tomato knife and a cleaver. The company's baker knives include spatulas and cake knives. For the outdoors, there are different types of Bowie knives, hunting, pocket, military and folding knives.
