How do you uninstall Norton products?

To uninstall Norton products, locate the Norton product in the program list of your computer's control panel, then select Uninstall to delete it. Restart the computer to complete the system change.
- Open the Run Dialog box
Open the system's Run Dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key and the "R" key on the keyboard. The Windows logo key is located on the lower left section of the keyboard and resembles a four-paned window. Press the two keys simultaneously, and the dialog box appears on the screen.
- Enter "appwiz.cpl" into the search bar
Following the word Open, type "appwiz.cpl" into the search field, and press Enter. This action opens the program list located in the control panel. The window that pops up contains a list of all programs installed onto the system.
- Locate the Norton product to be removed
Scroll through the list of programs to locate the Norton product to be deleted. The list is arranged in alphabetical order, making locating the target program easier. Right-click the Norton program, and click Uninstall.
- Follow the on-screen instructions
After selecting Uninstall, the system takes you step-by-step through the removal process. Read and follow any given on-screen instructions to complete the removal process.
- Restart the computer
From the start-up menu, select Restart to complete the removal of the Norton product.
