How do you use curlers?

To use curlers, wash and condition your hair, allow it to air dry about 90 percent, separate sections with a comb, and roll each on a curler from the ends to the scalp. Let your hair finish drying, and remove the curlers. Style the hair gently with a wide-tooth comb.
- Wash and condition hair
Wash and condition your hair with your usual products. Add a little anti-frizz serum, and work it through your hair.
- Allow hair to air dry partially
Let your hair air dry until it is about 90 percent dry.
- Spray hair with a light hairspray
Spray your hair with a flexible-hold hairspray, and comb the hairspray through with a fine-tooth comb.
- Section out a portion of hair
Use the fine-tooth comb to separate a section of hair that is narrower than your curlers. Comb the section until it is completely smooth.
- Roll the section onto a curler
Roll the section onto a curler. Place the ends smoothly against the curler, and turn the curler until it hits your scalp. Velcro curlers stay in place by themselves. For other curlers, attach at the scalp with the included fastener or a bobby pin.
- Repeat with the rest of the hair
Continue sectioning and rolling the rest of your hair.
- Let the hair dry completely
Allow hair to air dry all the way.
- Remove the curlers
Carefully unroll the curlers starting near the neck and working up.
- Style the hair
Style the curls with a wide-toothed comb or your fingers.
