How do you use the Hotmail people search?

To use the Hotmail "people search," start by clicking "Contacts" and then go to "Add People." This takes users to the member directory search page in Windows Live.

Once users are on the right member directory page, they can import all of the friends that they have in their Gmail account or on various social media accounts, such as Facebook. Users can also search through the members to find contacts who are not in their Gmail or social media accounts. This can be done by going to the "Search for People" link and searching for people by using their email addresses, names, former schools or employers.
