How do you use "find and replace" in Microsoft Word?

The Find and Replace dialog can be opened from the Home tab in the editing group. The editing group is located on the far right side when Microsoft Word is configured with default settings.
The Find and Replace dialog is an extremely useful tool for revising documents. To replace a specific instance of a word or phrase, type the exact text you are looking for into the Find What box. Next, type the text you want to replace it with into the Replace With box. To search the document for those instances, press the Find Next button. To replace the highlighted text, click Replace, and if you are certain you want all of the instances replaced without review, select the Replace All button.
