How do you use a Walker transmission jack?
By Forinfos - 18/10/2025 - 0 comments
Walker transmission jacks are operated the same way as other brands of automotive jacks. The jack must be positioned under the object to be lifted with the lift pad centered. To raise the jack, the handle or knob must be turned clockwise and pumped.
To ensure safety, the vehicle must be taken out of gear with the brake released before the transmission is lifted. The jack's front wheels and casters must be clear of obstructions to prevent the lifting pad from slipping off. To lower the jack, the release valve must be opened, which allows the air to escape, and then the handle can be pulled down.
