Can you dispute a pay toll violation?

Drivers can dispute a pay toll violation up to three times before they must pay it. Each time the ticket is contested, it will be redirected to another person of higher authority, until eventually reaching the court.

If the accused driver questions the toll violation it will need to be contested within 21 days. The violation will then be reviewed. If the driver is found to be at fault again, they will have approximately 15 days to contest it. If they choose to contest, the ticket will then go into administrative review. If denied by the administrator, the driver will have the option to fight the ticket in court.
