What are "venom bites" in piercings?
By Forinfos - 01/02/2026 - 0 comments
In the piercing industry, "venom bites" is a double tongue piercing that consists of two holes located symmetrically on each side of the tongue. This type of piercing is reportedly more painful than the more common single central tongue piercing.
The piercing procedure for venom bites is more difficult than for a single piercing, as there are major blood vessels that run along the underside of the tongue that must be avoided. A simpler and less painful double tongue piercing is known as the "angel bite." An angel bite piercing consists of the two piercings in a line in the center of the tongue.
