What is Vesta's longsword?

Vesta's longsword is an item from the computer game Runescape. It is the third strongest longsword and can only be beaten by the chaotic longsword and the Drygore longsword. It was released into the game by PvP worlds on 10/15/2008.

Vesta's longsword is sometimes dropped by revenants in the Forinthry Dungeon and the Chaos Elemental in the deep Wilderness. The item is tradeable, but only prior to being equipped. Once equipped it immediately begins degrading and is no longer tradeable. It will completely degrade in one hour of real time and turn to dust. There is a "corrupt" variant of the sword which requires only 20 Attack to wield but also lasts for only 15 minutes.
