What Visa credit cards come with Hawaiian miles?

The Hawaiian Airlines World Elite MasterCard from Bank of Hawaii rewards new customers with 35,000 miles on Hawaiian Airlines after they make $1,000 of purchases within the first 90 days, according to Hawaiian Airlines. Customers earn two miles for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made through Hawaiian Airlines.

All purchases earn one mile per $1, with no mileage cap, explains Bank of Hawaii. Customers who spend at least $10,000 on the card in any year earn a bonus of 5,000 miles on Hawaiian Airlines. In addition, customers earn a companion discount of 50 percent on a trip to North America after their first year with the card.
