Vodka is considered flammable. At around 20 percent alcohol by volume, though, it is not as flammable as some other types of alcohol such as rum and grain alcohol.
The amount of alcohol content by volume is what determines the flammability rating of alcoholic beverages. Low-alcohol-content beverages such as beer or wine are not considered flammable. Beverages are considered flammable at 20 percent alcohol by volume, which is the category vodka falls into for flammability.
At 24 percent by volume, alcoholic beverages begin to be considered more dangerous and more volatile in regards to both flammability and risk.
