Who was Wayne Perry?

Wayne Perry, also known as "Silk" Perry, is a Washington, D.C. gangster famous for his ability and willingness to kill people regardless of the venue or witnesses. He also gained a reputation for robbery, extortion and drug dealing. He had an intimidating effect on people on the city streets, even among other criminals.

Perry was convicted in April of 1994. As of 2013, Wayne Perry resides in a supermax prison in Florence, Colo., and is still famous in D.C. for his deeds. He has since converted to Islam and maintains a presence on social media.
