Payments for AT&T wireless plans can be made in person, online, over the telephone, by mail or through automatic deduction from an approved account. In-person payments may be made with cash, check, debit or credit card; all other methods of payment require a debit or credit card.
To pay an AT&T wireless bill in person, visit any AT&T store containing a pay station. The interactive map at att.com/maps/store-locator shows the locations of AT&T stores with pay stations.
To make a payment online, log in to att.com. Click on "Billing, Usage, Payments" and follow the prompts to "Make a Payment."
As of December 2015, make by calling 800-331-0500 from any phone or by dialing 611 from an AT&T wireless phone. Customers can enroll in a text message-based payment plan when logged in to their accounts.
To find the correct address for payments sent through the mail, visit wireless.att.com/dynamic/mailing_add, and enter your ZIP code.
The autopay system allows an automatic deduction from an approved checking/savings account or debit/credit card two days before a billing due date. Enrolling in autopay is done through the AT&T website.
