Are there different ways to make a Windstream bill payment?

Windstream accepts bill payments online, via auto draft, in stores, through the mail and over the phone. Online payments require the customer to create and log in to a Windstream account. Customers also need an online account to set up auto draft, which automatically withdraws funds from a bank account.

For the customer to avoid a late fee, Windstream must receive mailed payments by the due date. As of 2015, the phone number for payments is 866-445-5880. Windstream does not charge to make a payment over the phone through the automated system, but customers pay a fee for having a customer service representative process the payment over the phone.
