Customers can pay a Phoenix water bill online via the city's website, through automatic bank withdrawals, at water services pay stations, at Chase Bank locations, through postal mail and by phone, as of April 2015. Depending on the method of payment, customers can use cash and checks.

Customers who want to use cash must pay at water services pay stations or at Chase Bank locations. Customers paying by mail must pay by check, money order or cashier's check. Customers paying online and by phone must use debit cards or credit cards. Finally, customers may only resolve a delinquent account at pay stations or via postal mail.
