What are some ways to pay your Baltimore city water bill?

The City of Baltimore accepts payment for Baltimore city water bills by phone, mail and in person at the Abel Wolman Municipal Building as of 2015. Office hours within the building are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Credit cards and checks are both acceptable forms of payment by phone. An account number, a payment amount and credit card information are necessary when paying by phone. The Online Resources Corporation assists with paying by phone with a check. A water billing account number, a bank account number, a routing number and a payment amount are required.

Checks must be made out to the Director of Finance. The City of Baltimore also accepts payment for Baltimore city water bills online on BaltimoreCity.gov under Online Payments.
