Gas South bills can be paid online, by mail, by phone or in person. Paying online or by mail is a free service; using the phone service or going into a location requires a fee to be paid at the time of payment.

The free online bill payment offers three different options for customers to pay. Customers can set up automatic drafts that come out on the due date, one time payments and bank bill pay. Fees from customer's banks from the bank bill pay can vary from bank to bank, but there are no fees from Gas South itself. There is also a Western Union payment option for customers who are past due or in danger of disconnection.
