Is WDAS in Philly freely accessible on the internet?

WDAS-FM in Philadelphia can be streamed live for free on several websites although the station's own site does not provide live streaming. Though it lists what's playing currently, the website redirects to iHeart's website. After the listener watches an advertisement, the radio comes on to whatever song is playing.
The TuneIn online radio network also does a redirect to iHeart's website in a different way. The link to the station brings up a pop-up window after the user clicks on it and listens to an advertisement rather than watching one. The radio's live stream then starts with whatever song is playing.
