What is Weight Watcher's "points book"?
By Forinfos - 11/04/2026 - 0 comments
The Weight Watchers "Points" book is a catalog of foods and recipes categorized by the number of points each food or recipe consumes in a daily allowance, which is determined by current weight, height and gender, according to WebMD.
The Weight Watchers Points system claims to help dieters lose weight through a simple point-counting method, WebMD states. During meetings, one determines how many points she's allowed to consume during one day, and the dieter can consume these points in any way she likes. Each food is given a certain number of points in accordance with the Points Book, which dieters use in a manner similar to counting calories.
