Microsoft offers troubleshooting information for Windows Media Player for Windows Vista and Windows 7 on its website. Users can find troubleshooting information on burning CD or DVD, playlists, media library and synchronization on the website.
To access the troubleshooting information for Windows Media Player, navigate to Microsoft.com, click Support at the top of the page, select Windows and click All Windows Support. Once there, click Windows Vista under the Trending Topics heading and click the link for Music, Photos, & Video in the Categories section. Select Windows Vista in the Platform drop-down list and click the link for Troubleshoot Problems in Windows Media Player.
