How do you write a return address?

The return address is placed in the upper left corner of an envelope. All you need is a blank envelope and an ink pen. Use this procedure on any size of envelope.

1. Add your name

   Print your first and last name as the top line.

2. Write your street address

   Insert your address directly under your name. Include your house number and street name, as well as street, road or avenue. Label any apartment, condo, suite or lot number and place it at the end of this line.

3. Include your city and state

   Write your city, state and zip code on the next line.
