Wynmoor Village is located in South Florida at 1310 Avenue of the Stars, Coconut Creek. Wynmoor is a retirement community for anyone aged 55 or older. It is part of northern Broward County, near Fort Lauderdale and the Florida coast.

As of 2015, Wynmoor Village consists of a collection of two- to four-story buildings for a total of 5,200 residences. Condominiums range from 550 to approximately 1,250 square feet.
