Does the YMCA offer free summer day camps?

Families who participate in many YMCA summer day camps are assessed a weekly fee. The YMCA of Greater San Antonio charged YMCA members $126 a week in 2015 for its Texas camps.

The YMCA of the Triangle, which covers the area near Raleigh, North Carolina, charged members $126 a week for its Kindercamp for children aged 3 to 6 during 2015. The Crossroads camp for children in kindergarten to eighth grade costs members $179 a week.

Depending on the length of daily attendance, campers age 6 to 12 at the YMCA of Newark and Vicinity camps in New Jersey were charged $285 to $350 for each two-week session during 2015.
