York offers consumer brochures and technical guides for its furnaces as PDF documents for download on its website at York.com. The Web page also provides access to tips and services for furnace owners.

In order to access a furnace manual, go to York.com and click the Furnaces button on the left side of the page. Then, scroll down to the furnace's model name and click its picture or name. Lastly, click Downloads and select a document from the list to download it. More information for owners, such as troubleshooting guides, maintenance tips and pre-service checklists are available at the York Owners link on the menu at the top of the page.
