Zoombezi Bay members receive a discount on gift shop merchandise at both Zoombezi Bay and the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, as of 2015. They also receive free admission to the Columbus Zoo during Zoombezi Bay's summer operating season.

Regular memberships at Zoombezi Bay provide admission to both Zoombezi Bay and the Columbus Zoo and a discount at the gift shops. Gold memberships provide all of these benefits and free admission to rides and the Stingray Bay attraction.

Memberships are valid for a single season, and members purchase new memberships every year. Zoombezi Bay offers discounted memberships to children between 3 and 9 years of age, while children under 3 pay no admission fee.
