An online AARP Medicare form is complete when all the required information has been filled out, the user submits the application and a confirmation screen and ID number appear on the Web page. Applicants must be a member of AARP to enroll in a plan, notes AARPsupplementalhealth.com.

Applicants must fill out their name, address, email and telephone number as well as information about Medicare parts A and B. People under age 65 are only eligible if they enrolled in Medicare Part B within the six months prior to filling out the application, notes AARPsupplementalhealth.com.

Once an applicant clicks Submit Complete Application, a confirmation screen appears verifying the completed application along with a confirmation number. Applicants can use this number to check the status of their application either online or by phone.
