How do you access Duke energy online billing?

You can enroll in online billing, change your communication preferences, and pay your monthly bill at Duke Energy's website. To access these features, click on Billing & Payment on the left side of the screen.

In order to use online billing and other features, sign into your Duke Energy account. If logging in for the first time, create an account by entering your account number and creating a username and password.

Customers who enroll in online billing no longer receive a paper statement through the mail, but instead receive an email reminder each month when it is time to pay the bill.
