Is there an adult equivalent of the Make-a-Wish Foundation?

The Dream Foundation is a foundation that is very much like Make-a-Wish, but focuses on the wishes of adults instead of children. Its Dream Granting Program makes dreams come true for adults suffering from life-limiting illnesses.
A number of organizations help adults who are terminally ill achieve wishes and dreams. As of 2015, a few of those programs are Second Wind Dreams, Deliver the Dream, Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation, Reeling and Healing Midwest, and the Warrior's Foundation. Programs are available for families as well, such as the Compassion Partners program, which provides families passes to several different theme parks.
