At what age does your nose stop growing?

While the nose reaches its adult shape by about age 10, it grows until ages 17 to 19 in men and to ages 15 to 17 in women, according to Everyday Health. While some people have the perception that noses grow in older age, the cause is gravity.
The appearance or perception that the nose continues to grow after adulthood comes from the combined effects of gravity and the breakdown of elastin and collagen in the skin, reports NBC News. The major result is that the tip of the nose starts to droop, but other effects of gravity can be seen in falling eyelids, lengthened ear lobes and varicose veins.
