Airbrush tattoo ink is a form of body paint. This particular type of body paint can be aerosolized through a machine to airbrush designs on the body, from original art to stenciled patterns and images to makeup. Airbrush tattoo ink should meet FDA requirements for safe temporary use on skin.

Some airbrush tattoo ink, such as Temptu Dura, contains alcohol and can only be used for painting on the face with caution because of its potential flammability. Other airbrush paint, such as the brand Mehron, is made specifically for use in makeup and other facial applications. Always test skin first for potential allergic reactions.
