Does aloe vera gel expire?

Aloe vera gel has a shelf life of two years when it is properly stored. The gel should be kept at a slightly cool room temperature during storage. Always close the aloe vera gel lid as soon as it has been used.

Most aloe vera gel products contain expiration dates that should be followed. If the gel is taken out into the sun, it must remain in a bag or a shaded area to prevent it from drying out.
