My H2O is the online self-service account management offered to customers of American Water Works Company, Inc. The site, Amwater.com, allows American Water customers the opportunity to pay their bills, enroll in paperless billing, check their account balance and update account information.

Additionally, self-service options include turning on water service at a new address, scheduling service appointments, enroll in auto-pay, ending service at a former address and adding a secondary account holder. To use the site, customers must first register their accounts and choose a login ID and password.

American Water Works Company offers service across the nation in states such as Arizona, Texas and Ohio.
