Does AnyWho list cell phone numbers?

As of February 2015, AnyWho does not list cell phone numbers. AnyWho is a search tool that can be used to find people or businesses based on name, address or phone number. The information in the AnyWho database is provided by Intellius, Inc.

AnyWho's information from Intellius has been taken from publicly available information, such as public records and commercial records. People searching on AnyWho can search by landline phone number to find out who it is registered to. Cell phone numbers are not in the system. Users of AnyWho can also look up area codes and ZIP codes. AnyWho is affiliated with the Yellow Pages, which was formed in 2012 by the merger of AT&T Interactive and AT&T Advertising Solutions.
