The 458 area code covers all of Oregon, except the northwest corner of the state, states the North American Numbering Plan Administration. The 458 area code overlays the 541 area code.

Oregon has four area codes, which are divided into two large geographic areas. The 458 area code is contiguous with the 541 area code and includes the major Oregon cities of Eugene, Bend, Corvallis, Medford, Springfield and Albany. The 971 and 503 area codes cover the northwest portion of the state, including the cities of Portland, Salem, Astoria and Tillamook. Since all areas of Oregon have two area codes overlaid, all calls must be dialed with all 10 digits.
