Who are some artists known for sun art?

Leonid Afremov and Dan Morris are both artists who are known for their sun art. Afremov has a series of oil paintings depicting the sunset over a body of water, while Morris has a collection of stylized celestial designs, including images of anthropomorphic suns.

Both artists use very vibrant colors in their work. "Calm Sunset," "Gold Sunset," "Drowned Sunset" and "Away from the Sunset" are the titles of some of Afremov's many sunset paintings. One of Morris' most popular celestial motifs depicts half of a sun and half of a full moon spliced together. He draws his suns and moons with human facial features and expressions.
