As of June 13, 2015, Benedict Cumberbatch is married to actress Sophie Hunter. The couple married on February 14, 2015, on the Isle of Wight at the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul.

Sophie Hunter is the co-founder of both the Lacuna Theatre Company and Boileroom. Her TV credits include "Midsomer Murders," "Keen Eddie," "Mumbai Calling" and "Torchwood." Her film credits include "Vanity Fair" and "Burlesque Fairytales." She also dropped a French language album in 2005 called "Isis Project," as well as the English album "Songs for a Boy" in 2011. In June of 2015, she welcomed a son with Cumberbatch.
