BH3-THF is a simplified notation for the chemical complex formed between borane BH3 and tetrahydrofuran C4H8O. Its molecular formula is C4H11BO and its molar mass is 85.94 grams per mol.

Tetrahydrofuran, or THF, is a cyclic ether that exists in liquid form at standard temperature and pressure. It is used as a solvent for various polar and nonpolar substances, including boranes. The borane solution in THF forms the BH3-THF chemical complex. THF is used as a borane solvent during the hydroboration-oxidation reaction, a series of two chemical reactions that convert alkenes into alcohols. The net effect of this reaction is the addition of a water molecule across the double carbon bond of the alkene.
