How big is a squash court?

A regular squash court is 9.75 meters in length and 6.4 meters wide. The wall at the front of the court where players must strike the ball measures 4.57 meters high.

The current dimensions of a standard squash court have been in place since the late 1920s, when the organizers of the game regulated the court size. Other markings on a regular squash court include the service line, located on the front wall, which is 1.83 meters high. There is also a tin that serves as a net, and it is placed 38 centimeters off the ground at the front of the court.
