Which Biotin dosage is better?

There is no best dosage for biotin, as any commercially available biotin pill meets or exceeds daily recommendations. The daily recommended intake for adolescents and adults is 30 to 100 micrograms, according to Mayo Clinic.
In most people, biotin, also known as vitamin B7, is present in sufficient quantities within the gut. There is some evidence that biotin supplementation improves fat and sugar regulation, but higher doses of the vitamin are not necessarily better. Humans can tolerate high doses of up to 10,000 micrograms daily with few side effects, according to DurableHealth. The main danger of high biotin doses is an allergic reaction to inactive ingredients in the pill, reports Everyday Health.
