What does a Blendtec warranty cover?

Blentec blenders come with an 8-year warranty covering the motor base and jar assembly against leaking or breaking. The blender motor has a limited warranty that covers repair or replacement of the unit.

Warranties are valid from the date of purchase and applicable only for use within the country for which the unit was designed. Damages due to misuse, tampering, modification, accident or negligence are not covered by the warranty. Only authorized service representatives may repair the unit; otherwise, the warranty may be deemed void. Blendtec also offers a 7-year warranty for refurbished models and a 3-year warranty for jars that are purchased separately.
