What is the boiling point of vinegar?
By Forinfos - 14/04/2026 - 0 comments
The boiling point of regular household vinegar is around 213 degrees Fahrenheit. Vinegar that possesses a higher concentration of acetic acid will require a higher temperature to boil.
Although most types of vinegar boil around the same temperature ranges, the boiling points can differ depending on the amount of water present in the solution, and whether or not it is diluted with other liquids. Normal vinegar or household vinegar is typically a 4 to 6 percent solution of acetic acid that is mixed with water. The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry name for acetic acid is ethanoic acid, and its boiling point is around 244 F.
