Bovingdon Market is held in Bovington, a large village located in Hertfordshire, England. The popular weekend market sits on an unused runway at the village's historic Second World War airfield.
The market contains over 650 stalls and is open to the public every Saturday. Additionally, the market remains open on bank holidays during the summer. Bovingdon Market is close to the M1, M25 and M40. Customers can find everything from fresh food and produce to fashion, rugs, toiletries, accessories, fabrics and an array of tools. Parking for the market is on the airfield's North East/South West runway, which is one of the remaining original runways.
