How do you break in a softball glove?

There are various ways to break in a softball glove, but a simple way is to use glove oil. Place one or two softballs in the glove, and secure it using rubber bands. Leave the glove out in the sun, then place it under your mattress at night.

1. Apply glove oil

   Cover the softball glove with a thin layer of glove oil. Purchase glove oil at any sporting goods store.

2. Prepare the glove

   Place one or two softballs in the glove pocket. To secure the glove, tie a shoelace around the glove tightly or use rubber bands.

3. Soften the glove

   Leave the glove out in the sunlight for the entire day. At night, place the glove under your mattress and leave it overnight.
