Buick models for the American market are assembled at the Fairfax, Lansing Delta and Orion Assembly plants located in the United States, as of 2015. The Fairfax plant is located in Missouri, while the other two plants are in Michigan.

Different Buick models are produced at each plant alongside other vehicles produced for the various General Motors brands. The Enclave, for example, is produced at the Lansing Delta plant, while the Verano is produced at the Orion plant. The Buick LaCrosse, however, is assembled at the Fairfax plant. General Motors also produces a number of Asia-specific models in China, where Buick is one of the most prevalent vehicle brands as of 2015.
